When you contact us, please include:
- The product you are using — the draw.io web app, draw.io for SharePoint, draw.io for Microsoft Teams, draw.io Desktop, or the draw.io app for Confluence or Jira.
- The application version, shown as the last entry in the Help menu, for example

Customers of the draw.io apps for Atlassian Confluence and Jira can also raise tickets in our service desk portal, or email [email protected] — both reach the same support team.
