Use draw.io with Microsoft products

You can use draw.io to store diagram files in Microsoft OneDrive. OneDrive supports additional draw.io features, including real-time collaboration with shared cursors and diagram file versioning.

With draw.io for SharePoint, you can display and edit diagrams directly on your SharePoint pages using the draw.io web part.

The draw.io apps for Microsoft Office allow you to embed diagrams in your Office documents, and update the embedded images if you edit the original diagram files.

draw.io also works with Google Workspace in a similar way, supporting real-time collaboration, revision history and comments.
