Work with custom links

Custom links attach a sequence of effects — fade, wipe, highlight, viewport pan, layer toggles, page navigation, and more — to a cell. When the cell is clicked in the lightbox or chromeless viewer, the effects play in order. They share the same effect catalogue and visual editor as page-level animations.
