Licensing draw.io in Confluence and Jira

While the app pages on the Atlassian marketplace explain the standard licenses for most organisations, draw.io offers a few additional license variations.

• Partners and charitable organisations are eligible for a free draw.io license on Confluence or Jira Cloud.
• Community licenses are available through the Marketplace for both Cloud and Server/DC.

License the draw.io app through Confluence Cloud if you want to use draw.io in both Jira and Confluence Cloud.

Data Center and Server licenses for draw.io apps

• Get or extend an evaluation license for draw.io for Confluence Server/DC or generate a quote.
• Manually add a draw.io license to your Confluence Server/DC instance.
• Review licensing information for Confluence or Jira Server/DC in your Atlassian account.

Unlicensed draw.io apps or license errors

draw.io diagrams attached to pages in Confluence or issues in Jira are not modified in any way or deleted if your draw.io app becomes unlicensed at any time. You will not lose any diagram data. See how diagrams are still
